Choose Love: Take a Look Inside Our Private Registry Event With VOW to End Child Marriage

Today, we take you inside our recent Beverly Hills Registry and VOW fundraising event where couples enjoyed an inspirational morning full of fabulous food, fun pampering, and amazing giveaways, all while building their dream wedding registries.

Couples entered the event along a stunning floral pathway where they were met by representatives from VOW. Here, guests learned more about child marriage, including the fact that an estimated 12m girls around the world are married each year before the age of 18. Guests made an impact simply by attending the event, as Crate and Barrel made a $25 donation to VOW for each attendee in their honor and matched guest donations at the event.

We worked with Chicago-based Shannon Gail Events to transform our Beverly Hills Store the morning of this event. The acoustic talents of Joni Llamedo set the mood as her voice radiated throughout the space and put an instant smile across everyone’s faces.

Bloom Babes quite literally had the store dripping in florals. From the breathtaking entryway to a floral canopy billowing over our favorite Crate bedding choices, inspiration was everywhere. The ladies also sent guests home with their own personalized wedding inspiration–custom hand-tied bouquets!

Couples kicked off their morning with healthy and beautiful “Amazebowls”, plus iced espresso drinks with homemade syrups from Caffeinated Catering. Iced Lavender Vanilla Latte anyone?

Just in time for Valentine’s Day, guests enjoyed the ultimate in pampering. Everyone was looking and feeling radiant as they visited SoCal’s chic Braid Babes for a gorgeous “do!” and mixed up their very own essential oil blends with Spa Chicks on the Go.

The ladies of Olive & June were on location creating mini manicures with their adorable nail art stickers, and of course, what is a girl to do with perfect nails? Try on diamonds of course! Ladies could try on all of the dazzling jewels AND hand painted vegan leather jackets, all custom designed and made by Saint Mae by Derive. (Spoiler alert – one lucky lady won her own custom “Choose Love” jacket at the end of the event!)

And of course, there was no shortage of registry inspiration. We curated our top product picks, providing inspiration for our couples to build their registries as they experienced a truly VIP shopping experience and all the event had to offer.

Three lucky attendees walked away with grand prizes, including a Jamaican honeymoon courtesy of Couples Resort and Crate and Barrel. Many thanks to our charitable partner, VOW to End Child Marriage, our participating vendors, and the fabulous store team at Beverly Hills.
