Translating as "prince" in Amharic, the Leul cotton pillow gets a regal touch with flashes of gold. Handwoven of Ethiopian cotton, the heathery pillow delights with a range of grey tones glinted with thin bands of gold metallic thread. The pillow reverses to the same and is neatly tailored with knife edges and a nearly invisible zipper. A plush microfiber insert is included.
Born in Ethiopia and based in New York, designer Hana Getachew started Bolé Road Textiles out of desire to merge her love of Ethiopian handwoven fabrics with a career in interior design.
