Ingredients
- 5 ounces All-Purpose Pizza Dough, shaped into an 8” circle
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon pecorino cheese, grated
- ¼ cup brick cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup tomato sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven at 425°F. Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of the loaf pan, then add pizza dough.
- Let dough rest with the loaf pan covered for 30 minutes in a warm place.
- After the dough has rested, stretch it out until it fully covers the bottom of the loaf pan. Add pecorino cheese, brick cheese, mozzarella cheese and dots of tomato sauce.
- Bake for 9 minutes; turn and bake for another 4 minutes.
- Let the pizza rest 2–3 minutes to set, then slice and serve!
