Jessica Hennessey, owner of Jessica Hennessey Weddings located on the South Shore of Boston, says that a lot of her couples are a fan of coastal-inspired decor. But it’s her job to keep it warm and inviting with a hint of New England.
At our recent Private Registry Event at our Chestnut Hill store, she brought this theme to life with a color palette of blues, burgundy, and peach—inspired by the peak fall foliage season.
Guests at the event enjoyed from local wedding favorites: a DIY hair demo from The Bridal Bar Boston, instrumental music from Speechless, cake from Lizzie’s Bakery, food from Wanderlush, stationery from Allison Kathleen, florals from Beach Plum Floral, and coffee from Nespresso.
Jessica’s favorite registry items:
“The Tour White Wine Glasses are my favorite! My husband and I registered for these when we got married and still use them on a weekly basis in our home. They're modern but timeless. A must-have!”
“The Wood Board with Nesting Cutting Mats is the coolest idea ever for quick prep in the kitchen. Being able to swap the boards in and out and not clean in-between saves so much time and securing to the wooden board helps limit any sliding or spilling!”
“The Prospect Serving Board with Glass Dome is a no-brainer for any dog owner. Our large lab mix loves cheese, and it's a huge pain to have to take our food with us if we leave the room for a minute to grab a drink (and prevents her from snatching it when we have guests over!).”
Visit our next Private Registry Event for a one-up on the regular registry experience. See some of the products in action and chat with local vendors (while eating cake for breakfast!).
