Peppermint Mocha
Ingredients
8 oz. coffee
1 tsp peppermint extract
2 Tbsp melted baker's chocolate (sweetened)
whipped cream, peppermint candies and leftover chocolate for garnish
(Making your own whipped cream is so easy! Combine 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp powdered sugar)
Instructions
Brew your favorite cup of hot coffee in a festive mug and add peppermint extract. Stir in the melted chocolate until combined, and top with fresh whipped cream. Drizzle a little extra chocolate on top; dust with crushed peppermint candies and a chocolate square. Enjoy!
