Bourbon Apple Cider

Ingredients
- • 3 ounces bourbon
- • 3 ounces apple cider
- • ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- • 2 dashes bitters
- • Pinch ground nutmeg
- • Pinch ground cinnamon
- • Cinnamon stick, to garnish
- • Apple slice, to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the bourbon, apple cider, lemon juice, bitters, nutmeg and cinnamon. Shake until the cocktail is well chilled.
- Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass. Garnish with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
Smoky Old Fashioned

Ingredients
- • 1 ounce smoked honey
- • 3 dashes bitters
- • 1 teaspoon water
- • 2 ounces bourbon
- • 1 sprig rosemary
- • 1 orange peel
Instructions
- In a rocks glass, stir together the honey, bitters and water until the honey is nearly dissolved. Fill the glass with large ice cubes. Add the bourbon and gently stir to combine.
- Use a lighter to torch the sprig of rosemary, then immediately blow it out and drop it in the rocks glass. Twist the orange peel a few times between your fingers to release the aromatic oils, and use it to garnish the drink.
Cranberry Bourbon Fizz

- • 3 ounces bourbon
- • 2 ounces cranberry juice
- • ½ ounce simple syrup
- • Prosecco, to taste
- • Sugared cranberries, to garnish
Instructions
- Fill a mixing glass with ice. Stir together the bourbon, cranberry juice and simple syrup until they are well chilled. Strain the cocktail into a coupe glass and top it with prosecco. Garnish it with sugared cranberries.
Campfire Whiskey

Ingredients
- • 2 ounces scotch
- • 2 dashes bitters
- • 1 ounce marshmallow syrup (recipe below)
- • 1 marshmallow
For the marshmallow syrup
- • 3 marshmallows
- • ½ cup sugar
- • ½ cup water
- • ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Make the marshmallow syrup. Toast the marshmallows over an open flame and set them aside. Combine the sugar and water in a medium saucepan and bring it to a boil, then simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes until the sugar is dissolved. Add the marshmallows to the saucepan, stirring continuously, until they are completely dissolved. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer. Stir in the vanilla and let it cool. Store the unused marshmallow syrup in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
- Toast an extra marshmallow and set it aside to garnish.
- Fill a mixing glass with ice. Stir together the scotch, bitters and 1 ounce of marshmallow syrup. Serve the cocktail garnished with the toasted marshmallow.
Blood Orange Negroni
