Shortly after you’ve placed your order online, in-store or over the phone, you’ll receive an email with a corresponding pick-up date and a call from the facility to schedule an appointment time for pickup. As soon as you arrive, a warehouse employee will happily assist you in obtaining your new furniture. If you’re worried about car space for heftier loads, consider renting a larger vehicle nearby.
